Notable achievements in Ed's career include leading delivery assurance for a £100m Defence Transformation Programme, transforming HP UKI Delivery merging three business units to operate using the same processes whilst retaining oversight of all PPM delivery, and successfully delivering a portfolio of six concurrent technology, process and regulatory projects across 10 countries for Experian EMEA GDPR Programme in eight months.
